The Merlot is a grape with a large diffusion in Europe and all over the world, important partner of Cabernet Sauvignon and Franc in blended wines called “Bordeaux”, which will create extraordinary wines. For his character and his specific properties, if produced in the best way possible, also alone he’ll express themselve in a surprising manner. This Merlot has been aged in oak barrels coming from different origins, which will permit him a complex taste and bouquet, consisting in grape specific flavour, well harmonized with the flavour of the noble wood.
