Given its distribution, this can be considered an international vine. Its grapes are used in various ways, either to produce sparkling wine, fruity or table wine or more reserved wines. It is in the latter category that this selection belongs, coming from vineyards where rigid quality control rules are observed, with extensive pruning, thinning out of grape bunches and full ripening of the grapes. From all this comes an elegant, mature wine with full palate and spicy fragrance.
