This is a typical Bordeaux vine, introduced to the Trentino about a century ago. Its grapes produce a wine whose taste and fragrance are strongly characterised: a grassy element, both in nose and palate, is the first thing to be noted and determines the recognition of this absolutely unique wine. This Cabernet is matured in oak casks for more than 20 months. It presents as round and intense, enhanced by a delicacy in the whole. The typical grassy aroma, a velvet smooth wood taste and a slight hint of tannin come together in complete harmony, to the satisfaction of even the most demanding palates.
