The Accademia del Vino Cadelaghet was born out of my plan to offer all those who see wine as a joy of life, a careful selection of the best wines produced in the Trentino - South Tyrol Region. I refer to those vineyards which, given their limited production, allow me to obtain full bodied wines with developed fragrances. Every phase of their production is done by hand, as it has always been, in an ideal environment, where I can work, together with my father in full respect of this most noble of drinks. A limited number of bottles also represents a further choice in offering only a high quality product.
